These high intensity interval sessions include both strength training and cardiovascular activity. Each workout is modifiable for all ability levels and can be completed with or without equipment. Weights or bands are not required, but if you have them at home, please feel free to use them.
Sessions take place Tuesday and Thursdays from 6:00 - 6:30pm CT starting January 6 to April 30.
Pre-registration is required.You will receive ONE Zoom link upon registration completion for both Tuesday and Thursday evening.
