Participants with physical disabilites or visual impairments of all skill levels will work with coaches and volunteers on swim skills, technique and endurance in the pool.  Participants do not need to have any swim experience, we will work on becoming comfortable and independent in the water.  For those who already know how to swim independently, coaches will work with you to improve your technique and efficiency. Fosco Park pool offers a zero-depth entry and also an accessible chair lift for entry and exit into the pool.

Sessions take place Tuesdays from 7:00 - 7:45pm CT.  Please arrive early if you need to change before.
