Description

Our Monday night training sessions serve wheelchair athletes who push in racing chairs on rollers and ambulatory athletes who ride stationary upright spin bikes or recumbent trikes on rollers. Training will start with a focus on skill work and the development of aerobic fitness base. As we get closer to spring, training will prepare athletes for the racing season.

Session dates will be on January 5th, 12th and 26th (no Jan 19th class) and February 2nd and 23rd (no Feb 9th or 16th class).

Location is the Jesse White Community Center, 410 W. Chicago Ave, Chicago.
